About this event
They are currently seeking additional BBQ competitors, so feel free to share the attached flyer.
They will provide the ribs and chicken for the competition. However, each competitor is responsible for providing a specialty dish for the People's Choice award. This can be any dish of thier choice, provided there is enough to serve small samples to approximately 150 people.
The event timeline is as follows:
0700: Competitor setup
0800: Ribs and chicken distribution
1200 – 1230: Vendor and Touch-a-Truck participant arrival
1300: Event opens to the public; Touch-a-Truck and People's Choice sampling begins
1430: Rib and chicken turn-in for judging
1530: Awards presentation
1600: Event concludes
